Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please include any original receipts or packing slips.
- If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Step 3: Print Your Free Return Label
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a free return shipping label via email. Simply print it out.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
- Attach the printed return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest USPS location or scheduled pickup.
- Shipping is on us, and we will cover the cost of return postage.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund
- After we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
